We embarked our journey from chandigarh to manali- Leh with full enthusiasm and it carried on all the way just because of the beguiling sights of the Leh Ladakh which we saw in the way. Great Himalayas covered with snow and the narrow roads of the way was quite exciting for both of us.

When we reached Leh then first of all we explored the beautiful market of the Leh bazar which was full with handcraft items. There were many community showrooms, Ladakh art palace, Moti Market which was renowned for its pearl. After roaming in the market we enjoyed the delicacy of the Ladakh cafe which was the first vegan cafe over there. We booked a hotel there for staying.

Nubra valley is a beautiful place amidst of green oasis. It is a perfect blend of serene atmosphere with stark scree slopes and mountains. We saw sand dunes and monasteries over there. It is a tri-armed valley. There were many ruined palaces over there we visited one of them Zamskhang Palace ruins. This place was the collaboration of the two valleys Nubra and Shyok. The two rivers from both of these valleys flow heavily from the Karakoram Ranges. We enjoyed the beautiful destination of this place like Diskit Gompa, Khardung La, Pon Khar, Gaint Chamba statue and Skalzang Mani. All these destinations had their own unique beauty. We also enjoyed humped camel ride in Leh Ladak which was also a different experience.
The narrow and steep ways of the Leh Ladakh is quite difficult to travel so we decided to prefer bike riding from there. The Pangong Tso Lake is the most famous tourist attractions of the Ladakh this was also shown in the 3 idiot’s movie. It is situated in the Changtang Plateau of the Ladakh. The travellers love to do camping over here. We also went to Kargil which was a complete adventurous place and is surrounded by the huge mountains. This is the perfect place for doing trekking and mountaineering. We also did mountaineering over there and had lots of fun. Yes, I could not forget to tell you about the world’s famous motorable road Khardung-La pass. This pass is the way or act as a gateway to Nubra and shayok valley. It is preferable by the junkies and the people who have the passion of motor bikes.

This is a mystical place and we both noticed that when we left our vehicle at the base of that place then the vehicle started moving on its own this was completely a shocking moment for both of us. We felt it like divine power. That was a completely magical place.

Hemis National Park: Hemis National park is considered as the largest national park in the south Asia. The pristine land of the Shanti Stupa had beautiful landscapes which makes that place more fascinating among the tourists.
