At an altitude of 2,320 the villages in Kinnaur varies till the height of 6,816 meters above sea level.  The district is divided into three regions namely Pooh, Kalpa and Nichar. Abode of famous Lord Shiva, Mt.Kinner Kailash stands tall opposite the mountain ranges of Kinnaur and looks magical from Kalpa and Chitkul village of Kinnaur. Itinerary

Day 01: Transfer from Shimla to Sangla

On day, your journey begins from Shimla. As you arrive in the queen of hills- Shimla, our representative will drive you in a comfortable cab to Sangla via Rmapur and Narkanda by road. A short halt at highly revered Bhimakali temple at Sarahan is on the checklist wherein you will seek blessings of powerful godes Durga and continue you journey ahead to Sangla. Upon arrival at Sangla in the evening, check into the hotel and stay overnight and relax till morning.

Day 02: Sangla to Chitkul

As you wake amidst best of views and noise of Rivers hurtling down the gorges, your morning has already is gratifying. As you freshen up, it’s time for short walks around the area. Now you will leave towards Chitkul, the last inhabited village on the Indo-Tibetan border. The picturesque village of Chitkul gets you so many moments to cherish in your lifetime. Stroll around nearby markets and interact with locals to get the first hand experience and information about the culture and tradition of the village. Drive back to Sangla for lunch at the local restaurant. Evening is free to check out the markets. Rest at the hotel for a night in Sangla.

Day 03: Sangla to Kalpa

Kalpa is the most beautiful village around Sangla and in Kinnaur district with Apple as it major cash crop. Today you will be driven towards this picturesque village from Sangla while halting at Reckong Peo on the way where you can enjoy a good local lunch while getting a glance at the local markets. Postlunch, drive to kalpa (7 kms), check in to your hotel. In evening explore the Kalpa Valley. Spend the night at the hotel in Kalpa.

Day 04:Kalpa Local Sightseeing

Today’s the day to explore the scenic village of Kalpa and Roghi- well known for thick pine forests and apricots and apple orchards. Mt.Kinner Kailash is quite prevalent from the town and you can get an exquisite view of the majestically divine mountain where Lord Shiva is believed to have stayed in mythological era. Being a heritage village, Kalpa cannot be missed when you are in Kinnaur district. Stay at the hotel in Kalpa Valley and indulge in leisure activities to enjoy yhe evening in mystic mountains.

Day 05: Transfer From Kalpa to Shimla

Waking up to the valley so surreal and naturally blissful, it is difficult to return back. But, everything comes to an end and so has our tour to Kinnaur. Drive back to Shimla today while enjoying a gut-filling lunch at Narkanda. You will be dropped to your respective transport station ahead in Shimla for your further journey back home.

The tour ends here leaving you all rejuvenated and revived.
