Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive Cochin

As you land in Kochi or Cochin Airport, our representative will help you to get to the hotel where you will check in and unwind. Later in the day, begin your local sightseeing tour in Cochin. Visit Synagogue in the Jew town, Mattancherry Palace, Santa Cruz Basilica, Chinese fishing nets, Ernakulam Shiva temple, St. Francis Church, and others. You get to see an influence of Portuguese architect in the city and the Marine Drive in Cochin offers a beautiful walkway while enjoying the sunset on the beach. Return to hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Cochin – Munnar (130 km/ 4 Hrs.)

On Day 2, you will be driven to Munnar, famous for its tea plantations. Upon arrival in Munnar, check into the tree house resort. A beautiful hill station in Kerala Munnar is blessed with abundant scenic pleasures. In the evening, a wildlife Safari at the Eravikulam National Park is scheduled for you. Here you can witness rare species of a kind of mountain goat, Nilgiri Tahr. Embark on a jungle safari inside the national park. Once back to the hill town, explore the old town market. Return to the hotel and stay overnight.

Day 3: Munnar

Day 3 is reserved for a local sightseeing tour of Munnar town. If evening safari wasn’t enough, go for a morning safari inside the Eravikulam National Park where you can spot several exotic animal species such as Tiger, Leopard, Nilgiri Tahr, Indian bison and more. The national park is a home to rich biodiversity with high elevation shoal-grassland ecosystem. Enjoy your day exploring the town and treat your eyes with the lovely lush views. This is followed by an overnight stay in a tree house.

Day 4: Munnar - Thekkady (120 km-4 hrs)

On day 4, leave for Thekkady to visit Periyar National Park in Thekkady. In the evening, enjoy a boat cruise on the Periyar Lake and explore the large variety of wildlife species that inhabit this national park. After wildlife sightseeing, return back to the hotel for night stay.

Day 5: Kumarakom

On day 5, leave for Kumarakon, a beautiful small village in Kerala. Here you can enjoy the magical view around the Lake while admiring the beauty of the Lake. Here, you can enjoy boating while spotting the colorful avifauna species. In the evening, explore the town and local markets for shopping the local specialties of the town. Later, return back to the hotel and enjoy the overnight stay.

Day 6: Kumarakom (Departure)

On the final day, start driving towards Cochin and get transferred to the airport/ railway station to board flight back home.
