Day 1: Delhi- Rishikesh
On day one of this delightful tour, you will be driven to Rishikesh from Delhi by our cordial representative. As you arrive in Rishikesh after an eight hour long drive, check into the hotel pre booked for you and get some rest. Freshen up and get ready to visit the local sights of the town beginning from Laxman jhula, next on is Ram jhula, Bharat Mandir, an ancient temple established by Adiguru Shankaracharya and others. You can visit Triveni Ghat, a confluence of River Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati. The last visit of the day is to Trayambakeshwar temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva. Return back to the hotel for an overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 2: Rishikesh- Lansdowne
Begin your journey towards Landsowne, a beautiful cantonment town, known for its lush environs and panoramic views. The hill town was developed by the British. It is one of the most peaceful hill stations of India. Lying at an altitude of 1706 m above sea level, Lansdowne has dense oak and pine forests. You can visit the war Museum or the Darwan Singh Sangrahalya taken care by the Indian Army. As you reach, check-in to the hotel and stay overnight.
Day 3: Lansdowne - Jim Corbett National Park
From Lansdowne, drive towards the very popular Jim Corbett National Park. One of the best and oldest National Park in north India, Jim Corbett National Park is rich in flora and fauna, and is home to some endangered animal species like Bengal Tiger. The jungle safari to Jim Corbett is eternally soothing and extremely thrilling. Upon arrival Jim Corbett, check in to a jungle resort or a hotel, rest for a while and freshen up. Spend the evening indulging in leisure activities. Explore the surroundings, eat good food and stroll around the hotel and spend some quality time with your family and friends. If you want, opt for evening jungle safari and get ready to experience that thrill inside you when you cross the dense forest of the park shadowed by tall sal trees. Spot the animals like sambar, sloth bear, various species of deer, langurs etc. It is also known for welcoming as many as 586 species of migratory birds. Return back and spend the night in the hotel and stay overnight.
Day 4: Corbett – Kausani
Bid adieu to much thrilling Jim Corbett Park and continue to journey ahead to Kausani. This day you will be driven to Kausani, a pristine hill station ahead of Jim Corbett, also popularly known as ‘mini Switzerland of India.’ Kausani is small town of scenic splendor and its spectacular view of Himalayan peaks like Trisul, Nanda Devi and Panchpuli. On the way enjoy the scenic splendours offered by the majestic snow clad mountain ranges. Upon arrival in this spectacularly beautiful small town, check into the hotel and rest for a while. Later in the day, explore the town by visiting Kasauni Tea Estate, Sumitranandan Pant Gallery- dedicated to the popular literary figures of modern Hindi literature, Anasakti Ashram- also known as Gandhi Ashram, Lakshmi Ashram- a 70-year old ashram, Rudradhari Falls and Caves. Return back from to hotel and savor upon the delightful dinner and rest overnight.
Day 5: Kausani – Binsar
On day 5, you will be visiting Binsar town which is famous for its wildlife sanctuary. If you love exploring the wilderness, Binsar is the best place for you. Upon arrival, check into the hotel, freshen up and get ready to explore the sanctuary. Binsar wildlife sanctuary is an adventurous get away for people who love to live life on the edge. The sanctuary has some amazingly large meadows, tall trees, grass, shrubs and herbs along with rich fauna. After exploring the great sanctuary, return back to the hotel and spend the evening in leisure.
Day 6: Binsar - Nainital
On day 6, you will be heading towards tinsel town of Nainital, a beautiful scenic town situated on the banks of Nainital Lake. Upon arrival check into the hotel, relax and get ready to explore the beautiful town. You can enjoy boating on the beautiful scenic Nainital Lake, visit the Naina Devi temple on the other side of the lake, stroll around the Mall road and enjoy the local delicacies and specialties. Spend the evening in leisure, return back to the hotel and stay overnight.
Day 7: Nainital- Local Sightseeing
The town remained unexplored the previous day, so you can enjoy visiting more places on day 7. You can again visit Naini Lake today to get the feel of boating in the daylight amidst panoramic views. Visit Governor's House- also known Raj Bhavan, visit snow view which is accessible by a cable car ride on the second day of Nainital sightseeing. Agaigain you can enjoy strolling around the Mall road. Return back to hotel and spend the night in the hotel.
Day 8: Nainital- Departure for Delhi
On last day of your delightful tour, you will be driving back to Delhi where you will be dropped at Delhi Airport for boarding flight for your onward journey.
