Day 1: Arrive Cochin
As you land in Kochi or Cochin Airport, our representative will help you to get to the hotel where you will check in and unwind. Later in the day, begin your local sightseeing tour in Cochin. Visit Synagogue in the Jew town, Mattancherry Palace, Santa Cruz Basilica, Chinese fishing nets, Ernakulam Shiva temple, St. Francis Church, and others. You get to see an influence of Portuguese architect in the city and the Marine Drive in Cochin offers a beautiful walkway while enjoying the sunset on the beach. Return to hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 2: Cochin – Munnar (130 km/ 4 Hrs.)
On Day 2, you will be driven to Munnar, famous for its tea plantations. Upon arrival in Munnar, check into the hotel and rest for some time. A beautiful hill station in Kerala Munnar is blessed with abundant scenic pleasures. In the evening, a wildlife Safari at the Eravikulam National Park is scheduled for you. Here you can witness rare species of a kind of mountain goat, Nilgiri Tahr. Embark on a jungle safari inside the national park. Once back to the hill town, explore the old town market. Return to the hotel and stay overnight.
Day 3: Munnar
Day 3 is reserved for a local sightseeing tour of Munnar town. If evening safai wasn’t enough, go for a morning safari inside the Eravikulam National Park where you can spot several exotic animal species such as Tiger, Leopard, Nilgiri Tahr, Indian bison and more. Day 4: Munnar – Thekkady
On day 4 of your Kerala trip, you will be leaving for Thekkady after checking out from the hotel. Drive towards Thekkady and upon arrival check in to the jungle lodge in the blissful town of Kerala. Unwind for a while and get ready to enjoy a boat ride on Periyar Lake. The Periyar National Park is right on the shores of the lake and on a boat tour it is quite possible for you to see wildlife and birds. After a nice satisfying boat ride, return back to the lodge for an overnight stay.
Day 5: Thekkady – Alleppey (130 Km / 04 Hrs.)
On day 5, you will get transferred to Alleppey by our assistant guide. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and relax while enjoying the hospitality of the hotel or resort. Later in the day, move out to experience the charisma of scenic backwaters. Board the houseboat and cruise through tranquil backwaters of Alleppey. The great environs of Alleppey offers a sight of picturesque village, paddy fields, charming churches and temples is soothing. Enjoy the evening admiring the scenes on backwaters especially from the houseboat. Spend the stargazing on the deck. Stay on the houseboat overnight.
Day 6: Alleppey - Kovalam (160 Km / 4.5 Hrs.)
On day 6 of your tour, drive towards Kovalam and upon arrival check in to the resort at the Beach. Relax in the day and enjoy the evening strolling around the town and enjoying your visit while admiring the sunset at the Beach. The serene beaches of Kovalam are perfect for scenic walks, sunbathing and a fun time with waves. Enjoy some Ayurvedic sessions in the hotel and stay overnight.
Day 7: Kovalam
On day 11, embark on a local sightseeing tour at Kovalam. Spend the day at leisure and visit the popular beaches of Kovalam such as Lighthouse, Samudra and Hawa beach along with the other attractions. Also explore the Napier Museum and Zoo. Return to the hotel and stay overnight in the hotel.
Day 8: Kovalam - Trivandrum (15 Km/ 30 Minutes.)
